Tyler Nubin: questionable at Houston with neck injury

THE FACT. The Giants listed safety Tyler Nubin as questionable for Sunday's game at Houston with a neck injury, according to the team's own Week 7 tracker, which posted the designations Friday afternoon, and NFL.com's Week 7 injury report. New York carries a long questionable list on defense alongside him, and has already ruled out linebacker Tremaine Edmunds and cornerback Greg Newsome II.
THE VERDICT. IDP: Nubin is a volume safety whose value is tied entirely to being on the field, and a neck issue is the kind that gets a late scratch. Do not start him without a confirmed active, and line up a replacement before the Sunday morning inactives. Redraft and Dynasty managers have nothing to do here. In DFS, a thinned-out Giants secondary pushes the Houston passing game up a tier rather than down.
