Tanner Hudson: Bengals place him on IR with pec tear

THE FACT. The Bengals placed tight end Tanner Hudson on injured reserve Monday with a pectoral injury, per the team's own announcement. NBC Sports' Josh Alper reported Monday that Hudson tore the pec in Week 5 and that his agent said last week he will miss the rest of the season.

THE VERDICT. Hudson is a drop in every format. Cincinnati's remaining tight ends are Mike Gesicki, Erick All, Drew Sample and Jack Endries, per NBC Sports, and Gesicki is the only one of that group worth a redraft roster spot coming out of the bye. Redraft: cut Hudson, add Gesicki if he is sitting on waivers in a deep league. Dynasty: let him go. DFS: fade Cincinnati's secondary tight ends until the target share settles.
