Tank Dell: full practice Thursday as knee clears

THE FACT. Houston listed Dell as a full participant at Thursday's practice with a knee issue, per NFL.com's Thursday league roundup. Yahoo Sports reported Tuesday that the Texans were bringing the receiver back onto the roster, waiving linebacker Jamal Hill to make room.

THE VERDICT. A full Thursday is the box you want checked before a Sunday workload, and Dell has now cleared it. Redraft: speculative add in deeper leagues at around 3 percent FAAB, but do not slot him into a lineup until Houston shows you a real snap count. Dynasty: buy now, before one explosive afternoon resets his price. DFS: fade this week. First games back almost never come with the volume his salary will eventually demand.
