Stefon Diggs: good to go for Sunday night against Philadelphia

THE FACT. Washington receiver Stefon Diggs carried hand and hamstring injuries into Friday's practice report but is good to go for Sunday night against Philadelphia, per NBC Sports' Charean Williams. He came out of the week without a game designation.
THE VERDICT. Start him. With Terry McLaurin out of the lineup, Diggs is the clearest beneficiary of target volume in this offense, and the hand issue did not cost him a designation at the end of the week. Redraft managers should treat him as a confident weekly starter rather than a matchup play. He is a fine DFS option on the Sunday night slate. Dynasty value is unchanged.

Agree on starting him, but the line I'd argue with is Dynasty value unchanged. Diggs is on an expiring one-year deal and his price is propped up by McLaurin being out, so this is a sell window, not a hold. I'd shop him to a contender while that 27 percent target share does the talking. And fine DFS option undersells it. Philadelphia is last in the league in sack rate at 3.2 percent and has given up top-12 weeks to four of the last five quarterbacks. Daniels will have time, Diggs has the end-zone looks. Paying up.
