Rhamondre Stevenson: ruled out Sunday against Atlanta with toe

THE FACT. New England ruled out running back Rhamondre Stevenson for Sunday's game against the Falcons with a toe injury, according to the Patriots' official injury report analysis published Friday. Sports Illustrated's Patriots Country reported the same ruling.

THE VERDICT. Sit him and move on for Week 9. New England's backfield is suddenly open, so whichever back the staff points to is a live waiver target worth 10 to 15 percent FAAB in redraft. Stevenson remains a hold in dynasty, since a toe injury carries no long-term discount. In DFS, a cheap New England back is a reasonable salary-saver against Atlanta.
