Kyle Dugger: ruled out Sunday against Tennessee (quad)

THE FACT. Cincinnati ruled out safety Kyle Dugger for Sunday's game against Tennessee with a quadriceps injury, per the Bengals' official Friday injury report and NFL.com. Dugger did not practice on any of the three days this week.

THE VERDICT. This is Cincinnati's clearest IDP subtraction of the week. IDP: replace him now, and wait for Sunday's lineup before speculating on whoever absorbs the workload rather than guessing Saturday. DFS: a slightly softer Bengals secondary nudges Tennessee's pass-catchers up, though Carnell Tate is out and Calvin Ridley is questionable, which caps that bump. Redraft: no effect on your offense.
