Kyle Dugger: quad leaves Bengals safety week to week

THE FACT. Bengals coach Zac Taylor said Wednesday that safety Kyle Dugger is week to week with a quad injury, per NFL.com. Dugger joined Cincinnati on a one-year contract earlier this year, per the National Football Post.

THE VERDICT. This is a straightforward IDP decision and it points toward the wire. A week-to-week quad at this point in the calendar costs you at least two scoring weeks, and quad injuries have a habit of lingering once a player tries to accelerate on them. Stream a healthy starting safety in his place and keep Dugger only if your bench is deep enough to carry a player who will not help you in November. Redraft and dynasty managers in standard scoring formats have nothing to act on here.
