KaVontae Turpin: ruled out Monday night against Eagles (ribs)

THE FACT. Dallas ruled receiver KaVontae Turpin out for Monday night's game at Philadelphia with a rib injury, per NBC Sports' Mark Garcia on Saturday, and the Eagles' own Saturday injury release lists him among the Cowboys' out designations. The Cowboys' team site reported earlier in the week that he damaged rib cartilage on the opening kickoff against Green Bay.
THE VERDICT. Redraft: nothing to do here, since his volume lived in the return game rather than the passing game. Dynasty: hold, a rib issue carries no long-term signal. DFS: fade him in Showdown and do not chase his vacated work either, because Dallas has not signaled who absorbs it. Survivor: no bearing on your pick.
