John Franklin-Myers: no practice Wednesday with groin

THE FACT. Titans defensive lineman John Franklin-Myers did not participate in Wednesday's practice because of a groin injury, according to the team's official Week 8 injury report and CBS Sports' Garrett Podell. Tennessee faces Cincinnati on Sunday.

THE VERDICT. IDP: a groin problem is the wrong injury for an interior pass rusher, and a Wednesday absence means his week is in question rather than routine maintenance. Line up a replacement now in leagues that start three or more defensive linemen. If he returns Thursday in a limited role, he is playable again. If he sits a second day, treat him as out.
