Javon Kinlaw: ruled out for Sunday night against Philadelphia

THE FACT. Commanders defensive tackle Javon Kinlaw will not play Sunday night against the Eagles because of a knee injury, with coach Dan Quinn confirming it Friday, per NFL.com. Kinlaw had not practiced Wednesday or Thursday, and Philadelphia's own Thursday report already carried Quinn calling him unlikely to go.
THE VERDICT. Washington is managing Jer'Zhan Newton's pectoral on a limited practice schedule at the same time, which leaves Daron Payne, Shy Tuttle and Tim Settle as the interior names on the roster. Redraft: a modest bump for Philadelphia's ground game in a division night game. IDP: Kinlaw is out, so he comes out of lineups now. DFS: lean toward Eagles rushing exposure and treat this Washington front as a target rather than a hurdle.
