David Bailey: doubtful for Sunday with groin injury

THE FACT. Jets head coach Aaron Glenn said at his Friday press conference that edge rusher David Bailey will not practice Friday and is doubtful for Sunday against the Raiders, per NBC Sports' Myles Simmons. Bailey has not practiced at all this week, and the Jets' own injury report lists him as a non-participant with a groin injury.
THE VERDICT. Doubtful almost always becomes out, so plan around Bailey being unavailable. IDP: bench him this week, but hold him everywhere. He is this year's No. 2 overall pick with 5.5 sacks, seven tackles for loss, nine quarterback hits and three forced fumbles, so stash him through the absence rather than dropping. His absence thins New York's pass rush against Las Vegas, which nudges the Raiders passing game up slightly in DFS. In sack-heavy IDP formats, stream a replacement edge rusher rather than eating a zero.
