Carnell Tate: ruled out Sunday against Cincinnati (shoulder)

THE FACT. Tennessee ruled out receiver Carnell Tate for Sunday's game at Cincinnati with a shoulder injury, per the Bengals' official Friday injury report and NFL.com's Week 8 report. Coach Robert Saleh had called him doubtful Friday after a third straight missed practice, per NFL.com.

THE VERDICT. Sit him; there is no decision left to make. Redraft: those targets have to go somewhere, and with Calvin Ridley also questionable, Tennessee's receiver room is the thinnest it has been all season. Dynasty: hold, a shoulder absence in a lost season is not a value event. DFS: the cheap Titans pass-catchers who do suit up become live tournament pivots against a Cincinnati defense missing safety Kyle Dugger.
