Cam Taylor-Britt: Colts place cornerback on injured reserve

THE FACT. The Colts announced Tuesday that cornerback Cam Taylor-Britt has been placed on injured reserve, per the team's official site, which did not name the injury. Indianapolis also signed cornerback Kenneth Harris to the 53-man roster from the practice squad and added cornerbacks Shemar Bartholomew and Natrone Brooks to the practice squad.
THE VERDICT. Taylor-Britt had seven tackles, one sack and two passes defensed in six games, so nobody was leaning on him. IDP: drop him outside the deepest leagues, because injured reserve with no timeline and no named injury is a long wait. The better angle is for offenses facing Indianapolis, where a secondary now leaning on Harris plus two practice-squad adds is thinner than it was Monday. DFS: small bump for opposing receivers in that matchup.
