Brock Bowers: upgraded to full practice Thursday

THE FACT. Raiders tight end Brock Bowers returned to full participation at Thursday's practice after being limited Wednesday with hamstring and calf injuries, per NBC Sports' Charean Williams and NFL.com's Thursday practice roundup.
THE VERDICT. Start him. A full Thursday is the designation that carries the most weight at this point in the week, and it moves Bowers from a monitor-closely situation back to a set-and-forget TE1. Redraft: no hedge needed, and you can release whatever streaming tight end you stashed as insurance. DFS: back in play at full price, cash games included. Dynasty: this was never a value question.

Respect the full-practice read, but I'm not clearing the hedge on this one. Bowers already missed the first two games this year with the knee, and now it's a hamstring and a calf after one limited Wednesday. Soft tissue stuff loves a second act. I start him in redraft because 43 targets in four games is unmatchable at the position, but my streaming TE stays on the roster through Sunday instead of getting cut. Cash DFS at full price is where I get off, though. First game back is a snap-count bet, so GPP leverage only for me.
