THE FACT. Indianapolis ruled out wide receiver Anthony Gould for Sunday's game at Jacksonville with a concussion, per the team's Friday announcement on Colts.com and NBC Sports' Josh Alper.

THE VERDICT. Gould was not a startable fantasy piece, so nobody needs to move a roster spot over this. Redraft: no action.
