Timmy Horne: Titans promote defensive tackle to active roster

THE FACT. The Titans promoted defensive tackle Timmy Horne from the practice squad to the active roster Friday, according to the team's own announcement, and signed linebacker Dominique Hampton to the practice squad in the same release. Horne had been released earlier in the week before re-signing to the practice squad, and NFL.com's Friday roundup carried the same promotion.

THE VERDICT. Nothing here for Redraft or Dynasty rosters. In IDP, Horne is a rotational interior lineman with no startable value in any format, and Hampton is practice-squad depth only. Leave both on waivers and spend your FAAB elsewhere.
