T.J. Watt: no designation after calf scare clears

THE FACT. T.J. Watt goes into Sunday's game against the Saints in Paris without a game designation after a calf issue landed him on Thursday's report as a limited participant, NBC Sports' Josh Alper reported Friday. The Steelers said he would have been a full participant Friday had they held a normal practice, and the team does not expect the calf to affect his availability.
THE VERDICT. IDP: start him with confidence. No designation on a Friday report is the cleanest read available, and he is an elite IDP every week he is on the field. DFS: he is in play, and the Pittsburgh pass rush as a unit is live against a Saints team sitting at 2-4. Redraft: in leagues that score sacks for team defense, Pittsburgh is a defensible streamer here.
