Steelers: elevate two receivers for Saints game in Paris

THE FACT. Pittsburgh elevated receivers Brandon Johnson and Brandon Smith from the practice squad to the active/inactive list for Sunday's game against the Saints at Stade de France, the team announced Saturday morning on its official site. Both revert to the practice squad after the game. Athlon Sports reported the same two elevations Saturday and noted the Steelers have been without Michael Pittman Jr. since placing him on injured reserve Oct. 10 with a foot injury.
THE VERDICT. Redraft: leave both on the wire. Practice-squad receivers called up for a single game rarely clear four or five targets, and neither is a lineup answer this week. DFS: count the bodies before you build, because with Pittman on IR the Pittsburgh receiver room is thin enough that whoever draws snaps steps into a defined role, and these are the two cheapest ways to buy exposure to it. Dynasty: no action. Watch the Paris snap counts. If either one plays a real share, he becomes a Week 8 waiver speculation rather than a Week 7 start.
