Sebastian Joseph-Day: Steelers place him on IR (triceps)

THE FACT. Pittsburgh placed the defensive lineman on injured reserve Thursday with a triceps injury, per ProFootballTalk's Josh Alper and Steelers Depot. He sat out Wednesday's practice and must miss at least four games, which rules him out of Sunday's game against the Saints in Paris.
THE VERDICT. IDP: cut him in all formats, since a four-game minimum on a triceps injury often stretches longer than the minimum. The bigger read is on Pittsburgh's interior, already down Derrick Harmon to injured reserve, which has rookie Kevin Jobity Jr. in line for his debut Sunday per Steelers Depot and thins the run defense in front of the linebackers. Redraft: nudge up opposing running backs facing Pittsburgh. DFS: Saints backs get a small bump in Paris.
