Mike Danna: Bills sign edge rusher to active roster

THE FACT. The Bills signed outside linebacker Mike Danna to their 53-man active roster on Tuesday and released cornerback Anthony Kendall, according to Buffalo's official site. The team notes Danna first signed with the Bills in May and has played one game this season, recording a single quarterback hit against the Lions.

THE VERDICT. IDP: depth only. One quarterback hit on the year, by Buffalo's own accounting, is the entire production profile, so he belongs on a watchlist rather than a roster in anything but the deepest formats. Redraft and Dynasty: no action. Buffalo adding a veteran edge in the middle of October is worth noting if you hold Bills defenders, but it does not change a lineup this week.
