Ladd McConkey: cleared of designation, will play Sunday

THE FACT. Los Angeles left wide receiver Ladd McConkey off its final Week 6 game-status list, clearing him to play Sunday at Kansas City despite the foot injury that limited him in practice Wednesday and Thursday. CBS Sports and NFL.com both report he will play.

THE VERDICT. Start him. With Tre' Harris ruled out and KeAndre Lambert-Smith questionable, McConkey walks into Sunday as the most dependable target the Chargers have in a game that should stay competitive and pass-heavy. Redraft: a top-end WR2 play, and the foot designation is noise now that it is gone. DFS: worth paying up for at his position in this matchup.
