Kaytron Allen: Dolphins claim rookie back off waivers

THE FACT. Miami claimed rookie running back Kaytron Allen off waivers from Washington on Friday, per the Dolphins' official site. Washington had waived him Thursday, according to NBC Sports. Allen, a 2026 sixth-round pick out of Penn State, carried 12 times for 41 yards in four games with Washington.

THE VERDICT. No action in Redraft. Allen arrives with 41 career rushing yards and no defined role in Miami, so he is a watchlist name rather than a FAAB target. Deep Dynasty leagues can stash him on a taxi squad as a lottery ticket on volume opening up. Fade in DFS. Revisit him next week if Miami's backfield injuries pile up.
