Jonathon Cooper: activated from exempt list, expected to play

THE FACT. Denver activated outside linebacker Jonathon Cooper on Saturday, a week after the NFL removed him from the commissioner's exempt list, and he is expected to play Sunday at Arizona, per the Denver Gazette's Chris Tomasson and NFL.com. Cooper missed the Broncos' first six games.

THE VERDICT. IDP: add now, 10% FAAB. An edge rusher walking into a defense that just lost Jonah Elliss to injured reserve is the volume bet worth making, though expect a ramp-up in his first game back. Dynasty: worth a roster spot again. DFS: fade this week until the snap count confirms a full workload.
