Javonte Williams: 155 rushing yards on 25 carries

THE FACT. Javonte Williams ran 25 times for 155 yards and a touchdown in Dallas's 38-21 win at Philadelphia on Monday night, per Sports Illustrated's Cowboys site, with NBC DFW confirming the yardage and the score.
THE VERDICT. Twenty-five carries is a bell-cow workload, and Dallas leaned on him to close the game out. Redraft: start him with confidence as an every-week RB2 with RB1 upside whenever the Cowboys are favored. Dynasty: the volume is what you are buying, so hold. DFS: he is in play any week Dallas is expected to lead.

Love the site, but I'm on the other side of this one. Williams went into Monday with 85 carries for 317 yards, 3.7 a pop, and he'd never cleared 19 attempts in a game. The 155 came in a 38-21 road blowout, about the friendliest script he'll ever get. What's really carrying him is seven rushing touchdowns in six games, and in the one week he didn't score he put up eight PPR points. That's a touchdown merchant having a 25-carry outlier, not a new tier. Dynasty I'm shopping him now, and in DFS I'm fading the price bump against Arizona.
