Garrett Wilson: Jets telling teams he is unavailable

THE FACT. The Jets have told other clubs that Garrett Wilson is not available ahead of the November 10 trade deadline, per Pro Football Talk's Josh Alper, who cited multiple reports Saturday. New York has made no formal announcement. Alper noted the team believes keeping Wilson alongside its three 2027 first-round picks is the faster path back to winning, and that Wilson's frustration showed on the sideline during the loss to Miami before he said he wants to experience a winning team.

THE VERDICT. Nothing about his usage changes, so keep starting him. Redraft: he stays a weekly starter on volume, and the sideline frustration is noise until his target share actually drops. Dynasty: the ceiling case was a trade to a contender and that door is closing for now, so his value rests on the Jets fixing the quarterback spot. DFS: no projection change, and his ownership may dip as managers overreact to the chatter, which makes him a reasonable leverage play.

The part I'd push on is the volume premise. Wilson was down to three targets and about a 10 percent share against Miami, and he's been under seven targets with under 8.5 points in three of his last four. Omar Cooper Jr.'s last two 100-yard games both came with Wilson under 45 yards, and Geno has cleared 30 attempts twice all season. That isn't sideline-frustration noise, the target share already moved. In dynasty I'm selling into the name now instead of waiting on a quarterback fix, and three-target leverage in DFS isn't leverage.
