Dolphins: elevate kicker Zane Gonzalez and edge Lewellyn

THE FACT. Miami elevated kicker Zane Gonzalez and edge Max Lewellyn to the active roster for Sunday's game against the Jets, the Dolphins announced Saturday on their official site. A to Z Sports' Kyle Crabbs reported the same two elevations Saturday afternoon. Miami's own post spells the edge player's surname two ways, Lewellyn in the headline and Llewellyn in the body.

THE VERDICT. Redraft: treat this as information, not an add. An elevated kicker carries one week of job security, and Miami is 0-5, which is the worst possible scoring environment to chase points from. Take a kicker attached to an offense that reaches the red zone instead. IDP: Lewellyn is a snap-count watch and nothing more until he shows a rotational role. DFS: skip both at any price.
