DeShon Elliott: full again Thursday as IR window closes

THE FACT. Steelers safety DeShon Elliott was a full participant again Thursday, per Pittsburgh's official injury report, his second straight full session while still on injured reserve. The team opened his 21-day practice window on Oct. 8, Newsweek's Madison Williams reported, putting the deadline to activate him near the end of October.
THE VERDICT. IDP: add him in leagues that start two safeties. He was a tackle producer before the knee surgery that has kept him out since last October, and back-to-back full practices mean the Steelers are pointing him at Sunday in Paris. Hold off starting him until Pittsburgh actually moves him to the 53-man roster. Redraft: no impact in standard formats.
