Carlos Washington Jr.: Dolphins elevate back for Cincinnati game

THE FACT. Miami elevated running back Carlos Washington Jr. from the practice squad on Saturday for Sunday's game, per the team's official site, which listed the move alongside an edge-rusher elevation. NFL.com's Saturday roundup carried the same elevation and lists Cincinnati as Miami's opponent.

THE VERDICT. Redraft: do not start him. A standard elevation buys a team special-teams coverage and emergency carries, nothing more. Waiver Wire: skip him unless you are in a 14-team league and genuinely out of running backs, and even then wait for a snap count before spending FAAB. DFS: no. Dynasty: no. File the name and move on unless Sunday shows him taking real offensive snaps.
