Browns: Denzel Ward and Quincy Williams both active

THE FACT. Cleveland cornerback Denzel Ward (hand) and linebacker Quincy Williams (neck) are both active for Sunday's game at Tennessee after carrying questionable tags, per Sports Illustrated's Cade Cracas and NFL.com's Week 7 inactive list.

THE VERDICT. IDP: start both. Williams is the higher-volume play with tackle opportunity against a Titans offense missing Calvin Ridley and Tyjae Spears, while Ward is a coverage corner whose week depends on targets coming his way. Redraft: this is a reason to feel better about streaming the Cleveland defense against a one-win team.
