Bears-Packers: Week 5 kickoff flexed to 1 p.m. ET

THE FACT. The league pulled the Bears-Packers matchup on Oct. 11 out of the 4:25 p.m. ET window and dropped it into the 1 p.m. ET slot on FOX, a change reported Tuesday by NFL.com. Packers.com confirmed the new noon CT kickoff for the Week 5 meeting.

THE VERDICT. DFS: both offenses now land on the main Sunday slate instead of the afternoon window, which turns Bears and Packers skill players into core main-slate pieces rather than late-swap leverage. Build them into your primary lineups for Week 5. Redraft: usage and roles do not change, but anyone who was banking on late-window information loses that cushion and has to lock these calls two hours earlier. Survivor: no effect on the pick itself, only on your submission deadline. Move your Week 5 process up accordingly.
