THE FACT. Pittsburgh linebacker Alex Highsmith was limited in Wednesday's practice with a groin injury, according to NFL.com's Wednesday roundup and CBS Sports' Week 7 injury report.
THE VERDICT. A groin injury is the wrong one for an edge player, because it takes away the bend and burst that turns rushes into sacks. IDP: downgrade him this week and start a healthier pass rusher if you have one, since a limited player often plays reduced snaps rather than none. Dynasty: no change. Check Friday's designation before locking your lineup.
