49ers, Rams: Kittle, Bosa active in Melbourne, Tutu Atwell inactive

THE FACT. Official inactives for Thursday's game in Melbourne, per Pro Football Talk's Charean Williams (Thursday, 7:27 p.m. ET): 49ers TE George Kittle and DE Nick Bosa are active with no designation, DT James Thompson is dressed despite a hamstring tag, and RB Jordan James, WR Jordan Watkins, LB Tatum Bethune, CB Ephesians Prysock and OT Enrique Cruz sit. For the Rams, WR Tutu Atwell, WR CJ Daniels, TE Max Klare and OL Bill Murray are out, and Stetson Bennett is the official backup to Matthew Stafford.

THE VERDICT. Kittle active means fire him as a top-five TE in every format tonight. Bosa and Thompson being active keeps the 49ers front intact, so IDP managers with Bosa start him. Atwell out consolidates Rams targets behind Puka Nacua and Davante Adams, a small DFS bump for both. Jordan James inactive removes any threat to Christian McCaffrey's touches. Survivor: nothing here changes the pick.
