Move him to your IR slot if you have one, and do not drop him in any league that rewards sacks. The replacement play is the Rams edge rotation behind him, which now absorbs a full starter's snap share against a New York Giants offense on Monday night in Week 2. In leagues without an IR slot, he is still a hold, because a healthy Garrett down the stretch wins IDP titles. Betting: the Rams' team sack props and pass-rush markets should be shaded down until he is back.
