THE FACT. Harrison caught his first touchdown as a Texan on Sunday, finishing with one reception for six yards on four targets in Houston's 27-21 overtime loss to the Giants, per NBC Sports and Yahoo Sports.

THE VERDICT. Redraft: sit him. One catch on four targets is a part-time role, and the touchdown is the only thing holding the line up. Wait until he clears six targets in a game before trusting him as a flex. Dynasty: this is close to the cheapest he will ever be, and a talent still settling into a new offense with C.J. Stroud throwing is a buy at the current discount. DFS: fade at any salary until the target share moves.

Six targets as the trigger is how you end up a week late on this one. He's two games into a brand-new playbook and Houston is off in Week 8, so the install happens with him in the building instead of catching up on a Wednesday. And the Giants game wasn't a role problem. Nico Collins went 2 catches for 6 yards, his worst of the year. That's a broken game plan, not a part-time receiver. I'm rostering him everywhere and penciling him into a flex out of the bye, before the box score gives anybody else permission.
