Lions: Derrick Moore, Christian Izien limited again Thursday

THE FACT. The Lions listed rookie edge rusher Derrick Moore (hamstring), defensive back Christian Izien (groin) and defensive lineman Mekhi Wingo (groin) as limited for the second straight day Thursday, according to Detroit Sports Nation's Don Drysdale. Keith Abney II, Thomas Harper, Trevor Nowaske, Ennis Rakestraw Jr. and Jimmy Rolder were all full participants both days.

THE VERDICT. IDP: Moore is a deep-league stash only until he is a full participant and the snap share becomes clear, so keep him on the bench in Week 1. Izien is a tackle-dependent play whose value hinges on his role, and a limited groin heading into Friday makes him a sit unless he is cleared with no designation. Nobody regressed from full to limited, which is the right direction for Detroit's defense against the Saints. Redraft: no offensive players are involved, so Lions skill positions are unaffected.
