Kyler Murray: in concussion protocol, Week 2 uncertain

THE FACT. Vikings quarterback Kyler Murray is in the concussion protocol and his availability for Week 2 is uncertain, per NFL Network reporting Monday, Sept. 14. Murray was ruled out in the first half of Sunday's game after taking a hard hit in his Minnesota debut.
THE VERDICT. Redraft: go get a streaming quarterback now rather than Saturday. Protocol timelines do not move on your waiver schedule, and a player who clears late in the week often plays with a shortened game plan. Minnesota carries Carson Wentz and J.J. McCarthy behind him, so whoever takes the snaps is a matchup-dependent option at best. Dynasty: nothing changes on one concussion. DFS: leave the whole Vikings passing game alone until the starter is confirmed.
