Jalen Pitre: remains inactive for Texans with shoulder injury

THE FACT. Houston safety Jalen Pitre remains inactive for Sunday's game against the Giants with a shoulder injury, per NBC Sports and the official inactive list carried by Giants.com. He is one of seven Texans ruled out.

THE VERDICT. IDP: Pitre is a sit again, and tackle-heavy formats need a replacement in the safety slot this week. Houston's safety rotation absorbs his snaps, so his usual tackle volume is up for grabs. Standard Redraft and DFS players can ignore this one. IDP managers should watch for a longer-term designation before using a roster spot to stash him, and hold in dynasty.
