Dolphins: rookies Chris Bell, Caleb Douglas named Week 1 starting receivers

THE FACT. Head coach Jeff Hafley confirmed rookies Chris Bell and Caleb Douglas will start at receiver Sunday against the Raiders, saying the pair earned it, per ESPN.com and the NFL.com Wednesday, Sept. 9 roundup. Miami is rebuilding the position after moving on from Tyreek Hill and Jaylen Waddle, with Malik Willis at quarterback.
THE VERDICT. Waiver Wire: add Bell and Douglas now in 12-team and deeper leagues, 5 to 8 percent FAAB, because volume is available and nobody in Miami blocks them. Redraft: neither is a Week 1 starter with Willis throwing; wait for a target share before deploying either as a flex. Dynasty: both are cheap buys before a rookie starter posts his first box score. DFS: cheap punt plays only in large-field tournaments.
