Calvin Ridley: one limited practice all week, questionable Sunday

THE FACT. Titans receiver Calvin Ridley is questionable for Sunday against the Browns with a hip injury, per NFL.com. Pro Football Talk's Charean Williams reported Friday that Ridley practiced only once all week, a limited session Wednesday, and took a rehab day Friday.

THE VERDICT. Downgrade him. Redraft: sit him in anything but the shallowest lineup, because one limited practice in a week is not the workload of a receiver about to run a full route tree. Dynasty: hold, nothing here changes his outlook past this weekend. DFS: fade outright, tournaments included, since the game-time risk swamps the ceiling.

Respectfully, the hip feels like the smaller story. Ridley is at 10 targets, five catches, 81 yards and zero touchdowns through six games, roughly two points a week and WR111 on the season. He's been as low as third in the Titans' receiver snap count, with Carnell Tate ahead of him, Wan'Dale Robinson in the slot and Ayomanor eating into what's left. So I'd go further than sit: in redraft he's a cut, not a bench piece, and the dynasty hold is the part I'd argue with. Healthy, he still wasn't startable.
