THE FACT. Jets running back Braelon Allen is slated to start Sunday against Las Vegas with Breece Hall expected to sit out again, per NFL Network's Ian Rapoport as relayed by Fantasy Index on Sunday morning.
THE VERDICT. Add now, 15% FAAB. A starting back is worth real money in the thick of the bye weeks. Redraft: start him as an RB2 this week. DFS: strong value at his salary against Las Vegas. Dynasty: hold and watch, because this is a window created by injury rather than a job handed over.

Fifteen percent feels light to me for what Allen has actually been doing. In the Cleveland game without Hall he played 60 of 70 snaps, 85.7 percent, while Isaiah Davis got ten. That is not a committee, that is a bell cow, and he has led this backfield four straight weeks. Throw in six catches on seven targets against Miami and the passing down work is there too. I am bidding 25 to 30 and starting him as a low RB1, and in dynasty I would rather be buying than watching.
