A.J. Brown: Vrabel says no concern about production

THE FACT. Patriots coach Mike Vrabel said Monday on WEEI that he has no concern about receiver A.J. Brown's production, pointing to a few drops and a contested catch he felt should have drawn a pass-interference flag, per NBC Sports' Pro Football Talk. Brown has six catches on 16 targets from Drake Maye in his two games back from a four-game absence with an ankle injury.

THE VERDICT. Sixteen targets in two games is the number that matters here, and the coach publicly backing the usage removes the one real worry. Redraft: keep starting him, because a receiver seeing eight looks a game corrects quickly. Dynasty: ignore the drop noise entirely and buy any discount a nervous manager offers. DFS: live value play while the market prices him off two poor box scores.
