Quinshon Judkins: inactive vs. Ravens after pregame workout

THE FACT. Cleveland listed Judkins inactive for Sunday's game against Baltimore after he could not show enough progress on his right ankle in a pregame workout, per CBS Sports, which noted coach Todd Monken had called him day-to-day after the Week 5 loss to the Jets. NBC Sports also reported Sunday that Judkins would not play. CBS lists Jaleel McLaughlin and Audric Estime as the Browns' available running backs.
THE VERDICT. Redraft: this is his first missed game of the season, so anyone holding him needs a replacement in lineups today. McLaughlin and Estime are the only Cleveland backs available, and both are usable as desperation flex plays. Dynasty: hold. Failing one pregame workout on an ankle is not a value event. DFS: both Cleveland backs are live at minimum salary in a game where Baltimore is without Lamar Jackson. Waiver Wire: speculative add on whichever of the two handles early-down work, 10% FAAB.
