Quincy Williams: questionable for Sunday with neck injury

THE FACT. Browns linebacker Quincy Williams carries a questionable tag for Sunday's game against the Titans with a neck injury, per ProFootballTalk's Friday report on Cleveland's injury list and NFL.com's Friday news roundup.

THE VERDICT. Of the three Browns defenders tagged questionable on Friday, Williams is the one who moves IDP lineups most, because linebacker tackle volume is the position's floor. A Friday questionable on a neck issue more often than not ends with the player active, but do not leave your lineup without a fallback. Check Sunday's inactives before locking anything in. IDP: start if active, replacement on standby.
