Patriots: Gonzalez active, Carlton Davis inactive Thursday

THE FACT. New England cornerback Christian Gonzalez is active for Thursday night's game at Chicago after an illness, per NFL.com's Thursday roundup, while Carlton Davis, Karon Prunty and Channing Canada were all listed among the Patriots' inactives, per the team's official inactives post.

THE VERDICT. DFS: Chicago's pass catchers face a thinner New England secondary behind Gonzalez, which puts the Bears' receiving options in play in single-game formats. IDP: Gonzalez is startable again in leagues that score corners, and anyone rostering Davis needs a different starter tonight. Redraft: no action beyond noting that New England's corner room is stretched.
