Bears: Swift and Monangai limited again in Thursday practice

THE FACT. D'Andre Swift (ankle, knee) and Kyle Monangai (hamstring) were both limited again at Thursday's practice, per Myles Simmons of Pro Football Talk, after Chicago's official report listed the pair as limited on Wednesday. Right tackle Darnell Wright was back on the field Thursday in a limited role after missing Wednesday entirely.
THE VERDICT. Two straight limited days is a holding pattern rather than an alarm, and both backs were productive in Week 1, with Swift running for 124 yards and three touchdowns and Monangai adding 100 yards on 10 carries including a 61-yard score. Redraft: start Swift unless Friday brings a downgrade. Monangai is a flex with genuine upside if Swift's snaps get managed. DFS: this is a split backfield with two banged-up backs, so if you play it, play Swift and skip the stack.
